Integrations

Integrations allow you to establish notifications which work in conjunction with Alarm Groups. You can
set these notifications for Deliveries, for example. If there is an issue with a data Delivery, you can receive
an email or a notification via the PagerDuty alert system. The notification is not only based on how you
configure this page but also is contingent upon how you establish Alarms/Alarm Groups. Collectively,
these page definitions are connected via Linked Integrations.

There are two Integration types:

  • Email

  • PagerDuty

Add an Email Integration

To add an Email Integration:

  1. From the left navigation pane, click Integrations.

  2. From the top right of the Integrations page, click the Add an Alarm Integration icon or plus (+) symbol.

  3. From the New Integration page that now appears, enter text in the Name field.

  4. Click the drop-down arrow at the end of the Type field, selecting Email from the list.

  5. From the Configuration Information section, enter an email address in the Contact List field.

    You can enter one or more email addresses, pressing the Tab key after each entry.

  6. To store content, click Save. To disregard, click Cancel.

Add a PagerDuty Integration

To add a PagerDuty Integration:

  1. From the left navigation pane, click Integrations.

  2. From the top right of the Integrations page, click the Add an Alarm Integration icon or plus (+) symbol.

  3. From the New Integration page that now appears, enter text in the Name field.

  4. Click the drop-down arrow at the end of the Type field, selecting PagerDuty from the list.

  5. From the Configuration Information section, enter a security credential in the PagerDuty Integration Key field.

    This credential is similar to the Access Key you enter on the Destinations page. You must access
    the PagerDuty website or app to create an account and establish your contact telephone numbers
    and other notification details.

  6. To store content, click Save. To disregard, click Cancel.

Edit an Integration

To edit an Integration:

  1. From the Integrations page, use the Search feature or scrollbar (if necessary) to locate
    the Integration you want to modify.

  2. Click to select this entry.

  3. From the Edit Integration page that now appears, perform any necessary edits.

  4. To store updates, click Save. To disregard, click Cancel.

Whether adding or editing Email or PagerDuty Integrations, you can access defined entries from the table
on the primary Integrations page. You can filter and sort these items; in addition, you can use the Search
feature or scrollbar to locate existing Integrations.

Delete an Integration

You cannot delete Integrations.
