Snapshot Spotlight

A Snapshot, which maps to a crawl run, is the extracted data or output.

Snapshot Spotlight allows you to track the status of Snapshots within a Collection. This page not only
allows you to track each Snapshot but also provides different methods by which to filter each Snapshot
based on its status.

Snapshot Filters

Each Snapshot in a Collection is organized by status. More specifically, each status appears near the top
of the page. The default status is All, which means each Snapshot displays on the page – despite its status. You can filter each by status: All, Pending QA, QA, Passed QA, In Progress, Failed, Fixing,
Escalated, Failed QA, Start Failed, and Internal Failure. As you select each filter option, the table
only displays Snapshots that align with your selected status.
